My wife and I recently went skiing in Red River, New Mexico. One day while she was on the slopes I went out with my Toyo VX-125 view camera to shoot some pictures. I THOUGHT I was loaded up with mostly Kodak TMAX-100 but it seems I was mistaken and had a lot of Alford HP5 loaded – hence I ended up with a lot of overexposed images. Luckily I was able to recover images from most of the sheets but the pictures were not as strong as I expected.
This first shot is the gulch that runs from Arroyo Hondo to the John Dunn Bridge over the Rio Grande River. There was snow on the ground in places. I had hoped to see the mountains in the background in this photo but they were overexposed and difficult to recover.
