Oklahoma Living Magazine May 2019 Cover & Feature Story

A few weeks ago I was up in a bucket truck photographing electrical linemen for this cover feature story for Oklahoma Living Magazine. I worked with electric co-op linemen from Oklahoma Electric Coop in Norman and Cookson Hills Electric Co-op in Stigler. I also photographed a lineman on a white background so that the editor could show the safety gear used by linemen.

I photographed this with my Nikon D800 and Nikkor 200 F2 lens.

This lead-in photo was very similar to the cover photo but I included more of the truck in the background and had the lineman hold the red pole.

I photographed from up in a bucket truck and for the white background I photograhed at the OEC warehouse in Norman.

I grabbed this photo at the end of my shoot in Norman of the team working together that day.
