I recently completed the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales certificate for 2020. There was a lot of good information in the training for this certificate. I learned all about HPE Synergy and Simplivity products, as well as their Nimble storage, Infosight monitoring, and a host of other technologies available to build a highly scalable, on-premises or in-cloud data infrastructure. The required test was surprisingly difficult with a 70 minute time limit, but I finished in plenty of time and an excellent score.
The disappointing part was the HPE web site. My gosh, it was just horrid. By the time I got registered, went through the training, and completed the test, I had over 20 browser tabs open, with multiple logins and passwords needed. It was just a horrible hodgepodge of patched-together training and testing. I guess HPE is more focused on hardware than a good web site. They do make great hardware but maybe they should hire a good web development team? Geez. No excuse for this anymore.
The training was good. The training experience was horrid.
