Another color image from 1998 and Monument Valley, UT. I was pretty proud of this image at the time, but over time I am less impressed. It was very windy that day and I was unable to stop down enough to keep both the tree and the rock formation in the background in focus, and freeze the wind movement at the same time. I liked the colors and love looking at this color positive slide image on my light table, but the composition is not as strong as I originally had thought. Oh well, live and learn.
