This is one of my better photos from the day at the 2022 US Cavalry Competition in El Reno, Oklahoma. I was bummed that I cut his feet out of the picture when I had plenty of room in the sky. Oh well, I shoot and learn every day.

I asked permission to take this photo, and the soldier was friendly enough and amenable. I later sent him a digital image of the photo for his use. Overall I like the photo and it was fun to shoot. Good enough for me.

Once again this was taken with my Toyo View VX-125 large-format film camera with a Nikkor-W 210mm F5.6 lens on Ilford Delta Pro 100 film that was processed with Kodak D76 developer.
