Rodeo

Before I ever picked up a camera, I spent my teenage years on horseback, riding saddle broncs, team roping, and calf roping. Rodeo was a huge part of my life—I even made the State High School Finals. These days, I experience rodeo from behind the lens, capturing the moments that happen beyond the spotlight. I love photographing the raw grit behind the bucking chutes, the quiet focus around the arena, and the untold stories that unfold just beyond the lights. Rodeo isn’t just a sport; it’s a way of life, and through my photography, I aim to share its unfiltered reality.
